At Ross Flower Farm, we take great pride in providing high-quality tubers and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a tuber that arrives in poor condition and/or without an eye, you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.
- The tuber must have arrived in poor condition or without an eye.
- Proof of the issue (such as clear photos) must be provided with the refund request.
